Oasis: A Green Equity Collective is an organization advancing equity and justice in the environmental sector by supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) practitioners and supporters. Together, we are creating spaces of belonging and inclusion where everyone can thrive and do their best work and advance climate and environmental justice. Our members work in every sector and include equity officers, staff, consultants, scholars, supporters, allies, and more.

Diversity is apparent at all levels, including leadership and boards. 

Communities most impacted by environmental injustices are centered.

Environmental organizations are trusted partners to justice groups and frontline communities. 

There is a well-supported and prepared field of equity-focused staff. 

Organizations are working together collectively and collaboratively. 

Organizations know that equity is mandatory to their work and expect it. 

Healing and wellness are recognized as essential to organizations and the environment.
